Information we collect
We collect information you choose to provide through inquiry and career forms, including contact details, company and project context, professional experience, profile links and resumes. We also collect limited website usage information only after analytics consent.
How we use information
Inquiry information is used to understand and respond to potential client requirements. Recruitment information is used to assess general applications and contact candidates about relevant opportunities. We do not sell personal information.
Legal basis and international access
We process information with consent, to respond to requested pre-contractual discussions, and for legitimate business administration. Eshkon serves clients in India, the United States, the United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom and Europe. Information may therefore be accessed by authorized service providers or personnel in relevant locations with appropriate safeguards.
Retention
General candidate applications are retained for up to 12 months unless the candidate asks for earlier deletion or retention is required by law. Inquiry records are kept only as long as reasonably necessary for the conversation, business records and applicable legal obligations.
Service providers
We use Google Workspace for business communications and, with consent, Google Analytics for aggregated website measurement. These providers process data under their own terms and data-protection commitments.
Your choices and rights
You may request access, correction or deletion of your information, withdraw consent, or raise a privacy concern by emailing privacy@eshkon.com. Rights may vary by location, and we may need to verify a request before acting.
Security and changes
We use reasonable organizational and technical safeguards, but no online system is completely risk-free. We may update this policy as our website, services or legal obligations change; the effective date above will be revised when we do.
